# 不可不修的14个技能

本文列举了14项基础技能，适用于EVE中玩家可以驾驶的每一艘船，从穿梭机到泰坦。对于一个新角色来说，这14个技能都是值得投入时间的，即使你还没有决定你可能会对哪种舰船感兴趣。本指南的范围是只列举那些对所有船只都提供加成的技能，并不纳入 模块/植入体/船插 相关的技能。建议尽可能早地将所有这些技能训练到最高的等级。下文中列出的相关技能的初始等级，适用于Vanguard版本后创建的角色。

## Engineering

### CPU Management&#x20;

CPU管理学，关于舰船感应器和计算机系统的基础技能。每升一级，飞船CPU输出增加5%，初始技能等级Ⅳ。CPU管理学V 也是诱导力场理论和纳米工程学的前置技能。

### Power Grid Management

能量栅格管理学，舰船能量栅格系统的基础知识。每升一级，能量栅格的输出量增加5%，初始技能等级Ⅳ。

### Capacitor Management

电容管理学，管理飞船整体电容量的技能。每升一级，电容器容量增加5%，初始技能等级III。电容管理学V 是  微型辅助能源核心 II 的前置要求。

### Capacitor Systems Operation

电容系统操作，操作飞船电容器的技能，包括使用电容注电器和其他基础能源装备。每升一级，电容器回充时间缩短5%，初始技能等级III。

## Armor

### Mechanics

机械学，维护飞船机械组件和结构安全性的技能。每升一级，结构强度提高5%，初始技能等级II或者III，依据种族而定。机械学V 是  大型装甲维修器 II 的前置要求。

### Hull Upgrades

船体加固理论，维护飞船装甲以及安装扩充货柜舱和惯性稳定器等船体升级设备的技能。每升一级，装甲强度提高5%，初始技能等级II或者III，依据种族而定。船体加固理论V 是 电压式装甲覆层薄膜 II/T2 钢附甲板 的前置要求。

## Shields

### Shield Management&#x20;

护盾管理，调整舰船护盾系统的技能。每升一级，护盾量提高5%，初始技能等级I或者II，依据种族而定。护盾管理V 是  护盾回充增量增效器 II 的前置要求。

### Shield Operation&#x20;

护盾操作，操作飞船护盾系统的技能，包括使用护盾回充增量器和其他基础护盾装备。每升一级，飞船护盾回充时间缩短5%，初始技能等级I或者II，依据种族而定。

## Targeting

### Long Range Targeting&#x20;

远距锁定研究，远程目标锁定的技能。每升一级，锁定距离提升5%，初始技能等级I。

### Signature Analysis&#x20;

信号分析学，操作锁定系统的技能。每升一级，锁定速度提升5%，初始技能等级I。

## Navigation

### Navigation&#x20;

导航学，调节飞船推进器功率输出的技能。每升一级，飞船在非跃迁状态下的速度提升5%，初始技能等级III。

### Evasive Maneuvering&#x20;

规避机动理论，高效转向和加速飞船的进阶技能。每升一级，飞船的灵活性提升5%，初始技能等级I。

### Warp Drive Operation&#x20;

跃迁引擎操控基础，管理跃迁引擎效率的技能。每升一级，启动跃迁的电容需求减少10%，初始技能等级I。

## Spaceship Command

### Spaceship Command&#x20;

飞船操控学，舰船基本操控的技能。每升一级，所有飞船的灵活性提升2%，初始技能等级III。
